Kisaki's plots have had 12 uninterrupted years to come to fruition, leaving Draken in prison, Mikey gone, and Hina dead yet again. This time, Hina's death leaves evidence that implicates... Takemichi himself?! To fix this present, he has to go to the past to confront the Black Dragons, a longtime rival gang with Toman.
